We’re excited to bring a taste of the Philippines to your doorstep. Below is everything you need to know about how your Me & Ube order is processed and shipped.

 

1. Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Areas

 

We currently ship to:

a. Belgium

b. EU countries (subject to local food import regulations)

 

Note: We cannot ship to countries that restrict the import of food powders. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

a. Local / Domestic: 2–7 business days

b. International: 7–21 business days (depending on region and customs clearance)

 

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at admin@me-and-ube.com. We’ll work with the courier to locate or replace your order when appropriate.

 

5. Customs & Import Taxes

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country’s regulations. Me & Ube is not liable for delays caused by customs.
