📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🌍 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

Belgium
EU countries (subject to local food import regulations)

Note: We cannot ship to countries that restrict the import of food powders. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

Local / Domestic: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on region and customs clearance)

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at admin@me-and-ube.com. We’ll work with the courier to locate or replace your order when appropriate.
